Version 1.8 of SourceTree includes a fix for the ‘error on commit’ issue, as well as startup crashes that a small number of users were experiencing. With a big thanks to the community we’ve been able to track down any outstanding compatibility issues with Mavericks. SourceTree stores subtree metadata so you can simply pull commits from your remote into your subtree without having to provide the same information over and over.
